Qualifications include DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited program, completed Pediatric Dentistry residency, active license (or eligibility), and yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Guaranteed daily rate or percentage of collections with state insurance plans and PPO networks.
