Position Title: Dental Office Manager

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 / year (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus + Monthly Office Manager Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Duties
- Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and coordinate a dedicated front-office and clinical team (including administrative staff, hygienists, and assistants). Organize scheduling and optimize daily workflows. - Financial & Treatment Coordination:
Oversee dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing. Conduct treatment presentations, discuss financial options, and help patients maximize their benefits. - Practice Growth & Patient Relations:
Drive patient retention and new patient acquisition by ensuring consistent, exceptional customer service. Handle patient inquiries, scheduling optimizations, and billing resolutions. - Operational Oversight:
Manage day-to-day office logistics, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate supply ordering, and maintain strong, open internal communication channels.
Qualifications
- Experience:
3 to 5 years of dedicated dental office management experience (required). - Skills:
Proficient in dental practice management software, dental billing, insurance coding/verification, and presenting comprehensive treatment plans. - Language:
Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are highly valued but not required. - Attributes: A warm, professional demeanor with outstanding communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and an operational mindset.
