Position: Enrollment and Curriculum Specialist for The Learning Experience

* Helps with filing new students' paperwork, entering reports in the system, helping inside the classrooms when needed, helping around the facility constantly.
* Manages team to ensure curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards;
* Uses a growth mindset to train, coach and develop for the future assignments.
* CUSTOMER FOCUS Leads tour with prospective families, highlighting key features and points of difference of our curriculum, teacher tenure/quality, etc. *

Regularly communicates with families regarding student progress
* Executes "parent pleasers"
* Execution of our Show and Tell
* Regularly audits and maintains all records and files for students and teachers
* Ensures the physical environment and health/safety standards are full compliance with The Learning Experience standards.
* Conducts monthly emergency safety drills.

Qualifications:

* Must have teaching experience with infants to preschool children.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in being an office assistant in a child care setting.
* Any Early Childhood Education or related credits or degree preferred.
* Must be trainable for any task required around the school.
* CPR and First Aide Certification preferred.
* Must have Fingerprint Clearance card. Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
