• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must hold a valid Arizona Teacher Certification with an approved area/endorsement as needed for the position.
• Must be appropriately certified in the subject area of the position at time of hire.
• Must have SEI or an equivalent endorsement on the certificate, or be able to obtain one within six (6) months of hire.
• Must have a Secondary Certificate with History as the approved area or an Elementary Certificate with MG Social Studies as the approved area.
• No convictions for felonies or crimes against children.
• Valid IVP Finger Print Clearance Card.

The duties of this job require regular talking and hearing, frequent use of hands to manipulate objects or tools, and repeated standing, walking, bending, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, and kneeling. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required.

The noise level is usually moderate.
