Job Type: Contract, Full-time

Job Description: We are currently seeking a School-Based Psychologist to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year in San Tan Valley, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services to students, staff, and families to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success within the school community.

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to determine student eligibility for special education services
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
• Provide counseling and intervention services to address student social-emotional and behavioral needs
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and development
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and provide input on student progress and interventions
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessment results, progress notes, and interventions

• Master s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid Arizona Department of Education certification as a School Psychologist
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a school-based setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological assessments
