PositionSummary
Mathnasium of Gilbert East is looking for an exceptional Math Instructor to create an engaging and productive learning experience for students. All applicants are required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check. Following hiring, the new team member is required to complete training in the Mathnasium Method™. This is a part-time role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities- Deliver individualized math instruction using the Mathnasium Method™
- Help students build confidence and improve math skills
- Track progress and support student learning goals
- Collaborate with center staff and communicate as needed
- Strong math skills (through Algebra; higher levels a plus)
- Patient, engaging, and dependable
- Tutoring or teaching experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels
- Flexible part‑time hours (after‑school and weekend availability)
- Paid training and curriculum provided

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
