The Summer Director leads the entire summer operation. You support teachers, manage assistants, handle behavior issues, and run the daily flow so everyone else can focus on teaching. This is the position the owners, Micah and Niecy, have handled themselves each summer, and they would still be right there backing you up.

Starts at $1,000/wk (about $25/hr), based on roughly 40 hours a week for the six weeks we run Summer Nerding.
Schedule, current and upcoming- Six weeks of Summer Nerding
, roughly 8 hours a day. - Mondays: 7:00am to 4:30pm (the big set-up day).
- Tuesday through Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm.
