Serving primarily high school students, with some elementary involvement, youll have the chance to make a direct impact on young peoples academic, social, and emotional development in a dynamic setting near Gilbert, AZ. Experience:
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience in school settings, especially high school environments
- Knowledge of assessment tools and interventions for students with diverse needs
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Comfort with both in-person and potential virtual service delivery models
- Ability to tailor interventions to students unique academic and behavioral needs
- Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and produce actionable reports
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services as needed
- Collaborate with educators and parents/guardians to foster student success
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- If approved, deliver services via teletherapy for remote support
