This role would suit a Lubrication Engineer looking to step into a lead position, gain industry‑recognized certifications, and take ownership of pioneering reliability and lubrication programs.
The Role:- Lead oil analysis reviews, contamination investigations, and lubricant failure diagnostics
- Deliver technical training to internal teams and customers
- Partner with Sales on technical conversions, new product introductions, and strategic growth projects
- 3+ years' experience in industrial lubrication, oil analysis, or reliability engineering
- Strong technical understanding of lubricant applications and equipment performance
- Confident communicator capable of presenting technical recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders
