Our client is a well-established engineering firm supporting public-sector infrastructure projects across the Southwest. With a strong regional footprint and a collaborative team environment, this organization delivers essential water and environmental assets for municipal clients. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater design projects and serve as a key client partner.

Key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):

• Lead planning and design for water, wastewater, conveyance, and water resources projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets from start to finish
• Coordinate and guide multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Perform QA/QC reviews of major deliverables
• Support proposal development and client presentations
• Build long-term relationships with public-sector stakeholders

Required and desired skillsets, experience, and qualifications for this role:

• 7+ years of project management experience in water or environmental infrastructure
• Experience managing municipal water and wastewater projects
• Project management certification (PMP, CCM, or similar) required within onboarding period
• Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills
• Proficiency with project management and office software

Preferred qualifications:

• Degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience working with Arizona municipal clients
• Business development or proposal experience
• Approximately 10% regional travel
• Hybrid work environment depending on project needs
