Job Summary

Loenbro is currently looking for a Project Engineer to join the team. You will be a key member of our project management team, responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of mission‑critical and data center projects. Your expertise in electrical engineering and project management will contribute to the successful execution of projects.

  • Project Planning:
    Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Utilize your electrical engineering knowledge to design, review, and ensure the proper installation of electrical systems, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Documentation:
    Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Coordination:
    Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all work meets safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Problem Solving:
    Address technical challenges and issues as they arise during the project, proposing effective solutions.
  • Client Interaction:
    Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide technical support and expertise as needed.

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience as a project engineer, preferably in the electrical construction industry or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
