- Support daily construction activities for utility-scale solar projects including civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning scopes.
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and project management teams to maintain project schedules and production goals.
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and construction documents to ensure field compliance.
- Assist with layout verification, material tracking, and work package planning.
- Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
- Generate and maintain daily reports, production tracking logs, quantity tracking, and field documentation.
- Assist with quality inspections, punch list management, and turnover documentation.
- Coordinate resolution of field issues and support implementation of corrective actions.
- Participate in project meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and safety discussions.
- Support scheduling updates and provide progress reporting to project leadership.
- Interface with survey crews, testing agencies, vendors, and utility representatives as needed.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Support commissioning and closeout activities including as-built documentation and turnover packages.
