Onsite Service Engineer - AZ

• Report into the Site Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems, diagnosing any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on‑site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
• Maintain a strong customer focus to meet expectations and timelines, working in alignment with company strategies and processes.
• Act autonomously in understanding and resolving problems, escalating as needed through appropriate channels.
• Proactively seek customer feedback and understand the customer’s business.
• Share technical expertise and knowledge, providing coaching to less experienced team members.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver company objectives.
• Comply with applicable laws, policies, and standards to ensure organizational, safety, and health obligations are met.
• Communicate fluently in written and spoken English; speak distinctly and listen clearly.
• Use computer software to record data and write reports.
• Understand and interpret technical documentation such as technical drawings.

• High School Diploma required. Prefer an Associate’s Degree (AS); full military equivalent may substitute.
• 1–3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as electronics, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum, ideally with customer‑facing experience.
