Your main mission: to lead the planning, execution, and control of mining projects in the USA (Arizona), ensuring profitability, on-time delivery, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead mining projects end to end, ensuring profitability, budget control, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee KPIs, production, safety, and quality on site.
- Coordinate technical and operational teams, working closely with clients and suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement in drilling and blasting operations.
- Manage contracts, financial reporting, and results-oriented decision-making.
- Degree in Mining Engineering, with experience
- 10–15 years’ experience managing complex projects in the mining industry, with strategic vision and the ability to lead both technical and financial management of large-scale operations
- Strong background in financial project management.
- English & Spanish: full professional proficiency
- Proven leadership, autonomy, and business mindset.
- Availability to work in a local roster mode
