Seeking a Construction Senior Estimator with leadership experience. This position has a clear path to a Chief Estimator within a year.

Lead & mentor a team (57)

Develop pricing using production-based and unit-price estimating methods

Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier quotes

Help improve estimating processes, standards, and best practices

Heavy civil focus: wet utilities, grading, concrete

In-office role with true work-life balance (74 schedule) $110K $150K (ish) base + bonus, company vehicle & fuel card
