EHS Specialist# EHS Specialist Hot Job Bear Cat  - Wickenburg, AZ 85390## Description We are looking for an EHS Specialist to support our manufacturing operations by helping maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace. In this role, you’ll partner closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to implement EHS programs, reduce risk, and promote a strong safety culture.

** What You’ll Do
*** Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations
* Support hazard assessments and help teams identify and reduce workplace risks
* Deliver and coordinate safety training (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, HAZCOM, Emergency Response, Fire Safety)
* Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
* Conduct routine inspections and support environmental programs (SWPPP, SPCC, air emissions, hazardous materials)
* Assist with sustainability initiatives focused on waste and energy reduction
* Maintain emergency response plans and participate in drills
* Promote employee engagement and accountability around safety practices
* Keep accurate records for EHS activities, OSHA logs, inspections, and training
* Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to integrate safety into daily work## Qualifications###
** What We’re Looking For
*** Associates degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 1–3 years of EHS experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
* Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
* Experience with hazard assessments, job safety analysis, or behavior-based safety programs is a plus
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Relevant certifications (or willingness to pursue): HAZWOPER, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout, Train-the-Trainer
* Ability to access all work areas, including confined or hard-to-reach spaces---###
