$350 SIGN ON BONUS (after 60 days of employment)
- Position: Healthcare Valet Attendant
- Location: Banner Health Gateway - Gilbert, AZ
- Pay Rate: $15.15/hr + tips
- Requirements: Driver's license required, minimum 2 years
- Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM;
Weekends OFF
Please note: Flu Vaccination is a requirement for this Healthcare location. The vaccination will be provided by the client.
If an exemption is requested we will need to work with HR and the client to approve or deny.
The Spirit of the PositionAs a Valet Attendant you are the first and last point of contact for our clients and customers. A warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are of utmost importance.
What Will I Do?- Park and retrieve cars efficiently and in a timely manner, greeting customers by name and attending to their needs.
- Direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized, while maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Work independently or with minimal supervision, demonstrating a self‑reliant attitude.
- Promote excellent customer relations, going above and beyond to make guests love LAZ Parking.
- Dynamic, charismatic, energetic, and enthusiastic to help.
- Dependable, responsible, and reliable.
- A good driver with a clean record; able to drive a standard manual transmission.
- Resilient under pressure, able to handle chaos and overcome challenges.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and comprehending English.
- A team player who is open to others’ opinions and helps motivate teammates.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
- Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Willingness to be flexible and work multiple facility locations.
- Ability to handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to make independent decisions and remain firm.
- Sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently during a shift.
