Caring Transitions of Gilbert, AZ is searching for Relocation & Estate Auction Team Members to assist with senior relocation and online auction preparation services. The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients while working closely with team leads and members. Responsibilities include sorting, organizing, packing, unpacking, and online auction prep. This position is suitable for professionals, college students, retirees, and stay‑at‑home parents wanting flexible work.

• Provide world class customer service to clients, customers, and colleagues.
• Photograph items and write descriptions for online estate auctions.
• Serve as staff for online auction pickups.
• Assist in household sorting and organizing.
• Professionally pack/unpack household items.
• Prepare homes for liquidation, including online auctions and clean outs.
• Coordinate and assist in senior relocations and resettlements.

Starting Pay Rate: $17/hour with the opportunity for an increase after the first 90 days based on performance, productivity, and teamwork. Part‑time employees can expect anywhere from 10 to 30+ hours per week on an as‑needed basis.
