This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer role located in Gilbert, AZ. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in navigating the mortgage loan process, assessing financial profiles, and recommending appropriate loan products. Day-to-day duties include guiding customers through applications, analyzing credit and financial information, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all applicable lending regulations and company policies.

The Loan Officer will work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and satisfactory lending experience for clients.

• Proficiency in financial analysis and lending practices, including credit assessment and loan structuring.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, compliance regulations, and industry guidelines.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
• Effective time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using mortgage and financial software systems preferred.
• Experience with sales strategies and meeting lending targets is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• A valid license to operate as a Loan Officer as per regulatory requirements.
