Registered Retirement Representative
Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third‑party plan specialists.
Responsibilities- Respond to telephone inquiries for account information, contributions and withdrawals, account changes, product information, and tax questions.
- Process financial transactions upon request of callers.
- Explain past returns and economic environment while conveying information according to FINRA / SEC guidelines.
- Assist participants through the automated voice response system and the web site when executing financial transactions or initiating loans.
- Run disbursement quotes, respond to managerial feedback, and attend meetings and training sessions.
- Work overtime as required based on business needs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Meet remote/hybrid technology requirements (e.g., reliable high‑speed internet, wired connection).
- Associate degree in business or related field preferred; if no degree, one to two years of directly related experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services‑related field.
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required.
- FINRA fingerprinting required.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Base salary range: $41,600.00 – $57,125.00 per year. Non‑sales positions may receive a bonus program; sales positions may receive incentives and a bonus plan.
