Client Relationship Consultant
We are looking for candidates with 1+ year experience in retail banking or equivalent training. This role has three levels. The successful candidate will be hired at a level that matches their experience.
Responsibilities- Build and sustain strong client relationships via in‑person, appointment and virtual channels.
- Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtain and process their information, and recommend deposit and loan products that align with their goals.
- Engage proactively with clients through outreach, follow‑up, and needs assessment.
- Maintain current knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital offerings.
- Provide a consistent high‑quality client experience, greeting clients and processing transactions.
- Partner with branch team members to create collaborative solutions.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests and submit credit applications.
- Leverage digital resources and technology to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence.
- Maintain National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience for Level1; 3–4 years for Level2; 4–5 years for Level3 (or equivalent training).
- Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Basic knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
- Experience demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
- Ability to identify and recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
- Familiarity with retail banking products; experience in sales campaigns and promotions preferred for higher levels.
- Experience in financial services industry preferred.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location on all scheduled workdays. Locations include Chandler and Gilbert.

$20.25 – $24.75 per hour (based on primary location and level).
