Responsibilities
- Perform financial assessments of high-risk or financially distressed suppliers
- Lead development of restructuring strategies
- Manage SFRM resources of "deal team" for each supplier case
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers, owners, creditors, and other stakeholders
- Develop internal processes to manage financially distressed supplier cases
- Present to Boeing leadership
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience with analysis of financial statements and assessment of risks
- 5+ years of experience working in corporate finance, international finance, commercial banking, or investment banking
- 5+ years of experience with workout/financially distressed suppliers' situations
- Experience presenting and communicating data in Senior Leadership briefings
- Experience interfacing with business leadership, including C-Level executives
