A well-established firm in the Gilbert, Arizona area is seeking a highly organized and relationship-oriented professional to join its growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting lending operations, managing client relationships, coordinating transactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for borrowers throughout the lending process.

• Support the loan origination and funding process from application through closing
• Coordinate with borrowers, title companies, and internal stakeholders
• Manage client communications and ongoing borrower relationships
• Review documentation and maintain accurate records
• Assist with transaction coordination and operational processes
• Provide exceptional service to repeat borrowers and referral partners
• Help ensure loans move efficiently through the pipeline

• Experience in lending, mortgage, banking, escrow, title, financial services, real estate, or related industries preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment
• Customer service and relationship management experience highly valued
