Position Overview
Financial Assistant will serve as the primary support to the firm’s Owner and Wealth Advisor by assisting with financial planning activities, investment documentation, client meetings, reporting, and day‑to‑day business operations. This role offers direct exposure to financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, and client relationship management while working alongside an experienced Wealth Advisor committed to mentoring the right individual. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong financial aptitude who is eager to build a long‑term career in wealth management.

- Support financial planning activities by preparing client meeting materials, investment documentation, and financial reports
- Attend client meetings, document meeting notes, and assist with ongoing client communications and follow‑up
- Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Assist with investment paperwork, retirement account documentation, account maintenance, and financial record management
- Coordinate calendars, schedule client meetings, and provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support
- Assist with special projects and additional financial planning, client service, and office support responsibilities as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required
- 0–5 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail, professionalism, integrity, and a genuine interest in financial planning and wealth management
This position offers competitive hourly compensation of $25.00–$28.00, depending on experience, through a 90‑day temp‑to‑hire engagement.
