Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Personal Banker to join our Gilbert, AZ branch. This role is best suited for someone who is confident opening accounts, building relationships, and driving deposit growth through meaningful customer conversations.
You’ll serve as a key point of contact—helping customers select the right products, opening consumer and business accounts, and strengthening long-term banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts.
- Build relationships and identify opportunities to deepen customer connections.
- Support deposit growth through proactive conversations and follow-up.
- Process daily transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Educate customers on products, services, and digital tools.
- Ensure compliance with identification, fraud prevention, and bank policies.
- Partner with internal teams to support referrals and overall relationship growth.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Banking experience required, including account opening.
- Proven ability to build relationships and recommend deposit products.
- Experience with consumer and small business customers preferred.
- Strong customer service and cash handling experience.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear communication skills and a professional presence.
