Job Profile

As a Financial Advisor within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in a bank branch and work within a highly collaborative circuit of branches. You will manage an assigned book of business, executing an advice and planning strategy focused on helping clients meet their savings, investing and retirement goals. Our team of financial planning experts guide you in creating personalized solutions on behalf of you and your clients, ensuring a holistic and strategic approach to client relationships.

Job Description
  • Consult on investment and insurance strategies and develop financial plans for clients, growing and retaining an investment and insurance book of business.
  • Own the client experience by efficiently handling sales and service, identifying opportunities, and making referrals to internal business partners as appropriate.
  • Acquire, expand and maintain client relationships through business development and networking, growing client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems appropriately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies for clients, determining the best products and presenting sound financial recommendations.
  • Establish individual financial plans based on client needs and objectives, monitor plans and recommend changes as needed.
  • Coach and educate branch staff and internal business partners to identify investment opportunities, drive investment education and visibility among branch staff.
  • Lead the branch team on actions to achieve investment results, showing urgency and leading by example.
  • Communicate regularly with branch manager and other internal partners to review business results and pipeline management, meeting service level agreements on lead and referral follow‑up.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines.
