Finance Manager – M4

• Lead and guide multiple analysts in continued process improvement, reporting efficiencies, and product quality
• Meet critical deadlines while managing multiple conflicting priorities
• Analyze data quickly and provide informed business decisions
• Provide financial analysis and business acumen across the Global Patriot portfolio of programs
• Interpret and support implementation of Raytheon Financial Policies and Procedures for program personnel
• Support quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) creation, including costs, risks, and opportunities at the Program/Mission Area level
• Perform detailed financial analysis of total program and mission area cost elements to explain monthly variances to budget baseline and EAC positions
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in APEX/SAP
• Prepare and maintain budgets
• Complete monthly Earned Value reporting in compliance with Raytheon 10255 policy, including monthly performance metrics and Budget Change Requests (BCRs)

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
• Experience in program controls and Earned Value Management Systems
• Experience with financial systems (SAP, APEX, AO) or similar processes
• Experience in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and lead teams to success
• Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis concepts, related systems, and processes
• Strong ability to self-manage / prioritize workload
• Demonstrated ability to collect, synthesize, and distribute information through various lenses for decision making
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform independently and in team environments
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Products

Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, program controls, and Earned Value Management Systems, with a strong focus on data interpretation and decision-making. Proficient in developing budgets, maintaining Work Breakdown Structures, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
