• Schedule patient appointments for cosmetic services and consultations
• Be available for patient consultation at the request of the physician
• Perform cosmetic procedures as directed by the physician
• Room patients, thoroughly explain treatment, expected results and potential risks, obtain patient signature on appropriate consents
• Educate patients about services and skincare products
• Assist patients in skincare product selection
• Follow up with patients after treatment
• Document patient and treatment information
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Wash and sterilize supplies, instruments and equipment daily
• Set up, clean and disinfect aesthetician room daily
• Order cosmetic supplies and products through approved vendors
• Maintain inventory and ordering of products and samples
• Maintain equipment
• Other duties as assigned

• Education:
  
  Board Certified Aesthetician in the State of Texas
• Education:
  
  Board Certified Aesthetician in the State of Florida
• Experience:
  
  Experience preferred
• Laser Hair Removal Certification
• Valid Driver License with acceptable driving history

• Experience with Lasers and IPL machines
• Experience with microdermabrasion and chemical peels
• Computer literate

• Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.

• Position is in a well-lighted medical office environment

• Must possess manual dexterity to operate office machines including computers and tablets
• Must be able to stoop, bend to handle files and supplies, and mobilize to complete errands or deliveries
• Includes handling of sharps and chemicals
• Stress can be triggered by multiple staff demands and deadlines
