Location - Gilbert, AZ (Onsite + 1 Day WFH)
Pay Range - $24–$27 per hour
Full‑time | Monday–Friday
MOGEL is partnering with a growing healthcare technology organization in Gilbert to hire Intake Specialists focused on census tracking, insurance verification, and demographic accuracy.
If you have healthcare intake, billing support, or insurance experience — this is a strong opportunity with competitive pay and a structured weekday schedule.
What You’ll Do- Manage census tracking and intake workflows
- Verify patient insurance and demographics
- Communicate with patients, facilities & payers
- Ensure clean downstream billing
- Meet departmental performance goals
Onsite:
Monday–Wednesday & Friday
Work‑from‑home:
Thursday
Consistent 8‑hour shift (7 AM – 6 PM start window)
Ideal Background- Healthcare intake, billing support, credentialing, or contracting
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable in fast‑paced environments
