Advanced Neurologic Rehabilitation in Gilbert, AZ has a job opening for a Clinic Director.
The Clinic Director provides leadership for clinical staff and day-to-day operations, driving clinic growth, quality of care, staff performance, patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and physician relationships.
Compensation$100,000 - $120,000
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Active physical therapy license in the state of practice
- 3–5 years of clinical experience
- At least 1 year of prior leadership experience (preferred)
- Provide patient care and physical therapy services based on clinic and patient needs
- Apply appropriate care protocols addressing physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs
- Develop interventions based on evaluations, physician orders, and patient goals
- Perform physical therapy techniques competently and safely
- Ensure continuity of care through clear written and verbal communication
- Recommend and assist with acquisition of necessary patient equipment
- Complete documentation within established time frames
- Submit patient billing daily
- Educate patients and families on home programs
- Demonstrate effective time management
- Comply with quality improvement standards
- Clinical leadership and team development
- Operational efficiency and workflow optimization
- Staff coaching, performance management, and accountability
- Productivity tracking, KPI management, and data-driven decision making
- Financial awareness and budget management
- Conflict resolution and difficult conversations
- Strategic planning and execution
- Patient experience management and service recovery
- Cross-functional communication with clinical, administrative, and billing teams
