The Clinic Director provides leadership for clinical staff and day-to-day operations, driving clinic growth, quality of care, staff performance, patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and physician relationships.

$100,000 - $120,000

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Active physical therapy license in the state of practice
• 3–5 years of clinical experience
• At least 1 year of prior leadership experience (preferred)

• Provide patient care and physical therapy services based on clinic and patient needs
• Apply appropriate care protocols addressing physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs
• Develop interventions based on evaluations, physician orders, and patient goals
• Perform physical therapy techniques competently and safely
• Ensure continuity of care through clear written and verbal communication
• Recommend and assist with acquisition of necessary patient equipment
• Complete documentation within established time frames
• Submit patient billing daily
• Educate patients and families on home programs
• Demonstrate effective time management
• Comply with quality improvement standards
• Clinical leadership and team development
