About The Job

Our ABA Treatment Services team is growing, and we are hiring! We offer ABA services in-home throughout the valley
, as well as in-clinic at our legendary East Valley Center in Mesa and our brand new, state‑of‑the‑art West Valley Center in Avondale
. We serve families in all areas of Maricopa County, so positions are available VALLEY WIDE!

We are currently hiring for part-time in-home ABA Therapists
. Compensation ranges from $21 to $27/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Career Development

The role of an ABA Therapist (also known as Behavior Technician
) is an excellent way to launch or expand your career in the field of autism treatment. If you are not yet nationally certified, our team will provide all the training and supervision you need to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). If you want to stay in the field long-term, we offer an in-house mentoring program and a career path to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This experience will serve you well in many other roles such as speech, occupational therapy, psychology, counseling, special education, etc.

Per & Benefits

This is a part-time role
. All Behavior Technicians (including part-time) are eligible for 401k matching, paid sick time, paid time off, a robust employee assistance program (EAP) and more. Full-time Behavior Technicians (30+ hours/week) are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance after a 60‑day period, and we can help meet PFLS student loan forgiveness requirements. Additional benefits such as holiday pay, disability insurance, and life insurance are included for full‑time staff in our Clinic BT role.

We go above and beyond for training and professional development: every new Technician completes a 2‑week hands‑on paid training program at one of our clinics, participates in monthly professional development seminars hosted by senior staff, and receives frequent supervision and hands‑on coaching.

Required Qualifications
  • Staff must be able to provide their own transportation. If providing in-home services, you must have your own car and at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 21 years old.
  • Applicants must have at least 6 months of paid or unpaid work experience working with individuals with disabilities.
