We are seeking caring, dependable, and professional Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to provide exceptional in‑home support services throughout Arizona.
Position:Direct Care Worker (DCW)
Towne Home Care is looking for compassionate DCW, CNAs or Home Health Aides in Gilbert.
Responsibilities:- Provide non‑medical care and support services in clients' homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities as needed
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
- Observe and report changes in clients' condition or environment to supervisors
- Previous caregiving, home care, or direct support experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures
- Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, documentation, and electronic timekeeping
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid government‑issued identification
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Negative TB test
