Position: Pediatric Occupational Therapist *Sign-On Bonus*

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Scottsdale, AZ

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Compensation Range: $82,222.22 to $ annually

Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 for a candidate who can start before 6/29/2026.

Responsibilities
  • Develop occupational therapy treatment goals using dynamic and standardized assessments.
  • Provide play‑based, goal‑driven interventions to promote sensory processing, regulation, and skill development in daily occupations.
  • Deliver individual therapy, group sessions, and co‑treatments with other disciplines as clinically appropriate.
  • Facilitate functional, engaging experiences to support individualized goals.
  • Devise strategies and supports to enhance participation in activities of daily living.
  • Collaborate with children and families to align care with their values, interests, and goals.
  • Work closely with a multi‑disciplinary team to create integrative, collaborative treatment plans.
  • Implement programming that considers the whole child, including sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social domains.
  • Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Educate families, caregivers, and team members on home programs that support progress outside of sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and company policies.
  • Engage in cross‑discipline consultations with physicians, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, physical therapists, music therapists, and ABA professionals.
  • Contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program, positioning yourself for leadership and professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Active OT licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
  • Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.
  • Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.
