Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing health information services in compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and facility standards
- Implement policies and procedures for documentation, storage, and retrieval of medical records, legal documents, insurance data, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Ensure HIPAA compliance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in information management and psychiatric healthcare preferred
