Position: Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist
Location: 2940 E Banner Gateway Drive, Suite 425 Gilbert, AZ 85234
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Incentives: Up to $20,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a full‑time Hand Therapist-OTR for our outpatient orthopedic center located in Gilbert, AZ
. We can mentor an occupational therapist aspiring to be a certified hand therapist. We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support. Come join a dynamic and close knit team where we have several specialties, established clinicians and a variety of patients and diagnoses.

- Hand Therapy Program:
Our national hand therapy program spans 32 states, with over 300 CHTs and 300 hand therapists across the country. - Mentorship: (Available in most regions) Our nationally supported mentorship program is for therapists interested in pursuing their CHT credentials.

Our Outpatient Clinical Advancement Program supports professional growth and clinical expertise, with bonus incentives - Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re‑evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high‑quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
- Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
- Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy and state OT License required
- Experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post‑op orthopedics is required
- Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Valid driver’s license
