Waddell, located in the northwest part of the Phoenix metro area, offers a blend of rural and suburban living. The ZIP code 85355 includes areas near White Tank Mountain Regional Park, providing caregivers with a scenic backdrop. Caregivers typically work with a single client close to their residence, ensuring a short commute. Nearby roads like Northern Avenue and Cotton Lane connect the community to surrounding areas.
Caregivers in this role help clients with daily activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation — while also providing the kind of consistent companionship that makes home care feel different from a facility. The work is part hands‑on assistance and part relationship‑building. You’ll learn each client’s preferences and routines and become a trusted part of their week.
