Behavior Care Therapy is seeking a part-time RBT/BT to deliver 1:1 ABA support in clients' homes in Gilbert, AZ. You’ll work afternoons and evenings (Mon-Fri, 5:00–7:00 PM) with children on the autism spectrum, helping build daily living skills and communication through play-based ABA.
Training and supervision provided by a BCBA, with progress tracked on a mobile data system. Ideal candidates have prior experience with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide) and a reliable schedule.
