Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations using appropriate assessment tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt classroom environments and materials to support student success
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric offices preferred.
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona OT license (or eligibility)
- NBCOT certification required
