• minimum 24 months of current acute pharmacy technician experience - required
• sterile compounding with sterile hazardous compounding experience - required
• certifications must be american heart association or client and active upon submission - must be included in submission - required
• no license hits - required
• banner will not approve rto within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
• flu vaccination - banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms)
