What You'll Do
  • Completing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
  • Developing individualized treatment plans that promote independence and quality of life
  • Providing engaging therapy services in clinic, community, and telehealth settings
  • Monitoring progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborating closely with physicians, families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Conducting home and community assessments when appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), when applicable
Specialty Opportunities
  • Custom wheelchair evaluations
  • Adaptive and durable medical equipment (DME)
  • Pediatric feeding services in collaboration with Speech Therapy
  • Community-based therapy services
  • Telehealth services
  • Assistive technology evaluation and AAC devices
What We're Looking For
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license in good standing
  • At least one year of experience in human services
  • Pediatric experience or assistive technology experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping individuals reach their highest level of independence
