Arizona Pain is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to help keep the front office running smoothly, accurately, and professionally in a fast-paced clinic environment. This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and confident managing scheduling, insurance workflows, documentation, and front desk communication.
The Front Office Coordinator is often the first point of contact for patients and plays an important role in shaping the overall patient experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, good judgment, professionalism under pressure, and the ability to balance patient service with administrative accuracy.
Responsibilities- Welcome patients and support a professional, efficient check-in and check-out experience
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments based on provider schedules and visit type
- Help ensure patient demographic, intake, and insurance information is complete and accurate
- Verify insurance benefits and collect copays in accordance with clinic processes
- Manage front desk communication, including phone calls, voicemail, portal messages, and patient follow-up
- Route urgent or time-sensitive messages appropriately to support timely patient care
- Scan, upload, and maintain records and documentation within the EMR
- Help support smooth clinic flow through organization, responsiveness, and coordination with internal teams
