About This Role

The Senior Clinical Quality RN will drive consistency and efficient processes in collaboration with providers and complex groups to achieve a minimum 4 STAR quality performance. This role is ideal for those looking to improve healthcare quality through data analysis and provider engagement.

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Schedule: Full Time, Day shift
• Work Style: Hybrid (field, home, and office)
• Pay: $72,800 - $130,000 annually

• Develop business plans to motivate providers to improve STARS measure performance
• Provide analytical interpretation and STARS/HEDIS performance summaries to provider groups
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all STARS-related activities within the assigned territory
• Participate and present in various business review meetings related to STAR activities
• Analyze and evaluate provider structure and characteristics to improve STARS measure performance
• Assist in developing STARS/HEDIS presentation materials for provider performance meetings
• Visit patient homes in the Inner West Valley region to close gaps in care

• Education:
  • Registered Nurse (within AZ and/or a compact state)
• Experience:
  • 4+ years of healthcare experience
  • 2+ years of experience in provider-facing interactions
