Job Description

Life Quest is an established integrated medical practice serving the East Valley, dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term health through a collaborative approach that combines medical care, chiropractic, rehabilitation, and wellness services. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health and wellness.
• Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Perform injections and office-based procedures as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, rehabilitation providers, and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Provide exceptional patient service while building lasting patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physician Assistant (PA-C) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in integrative, functional, or wellness-based medicine is a plus.
• Injection and procedural experience preferred.
