What You'll Do:
  • Empower Independence:
    Support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD) in their daily routines and activities.
  • Build Meaningful Connections:
    Foster trust and companionship through respectful, engaging interactions.
  • Promote Safety & Wellbeing:
    Implement behavior support strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
  • Drive a company vehicle to pick up/drop off individuals we support
  • Collaborate for Impact:
    Work with supervisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Advocate with Heart:
    Ensure member safety and comfort through attentive and respectful care.
  • Uphold member rights and dignity at all times.
Who You Are:
  • A compassionate, patient individual who finds joy in helping others.
  • Reliable, observant, and committed to creating a positive impact.
  • Open to learning and applying behavior management techniques, strong communication skills
  • 18+ years old with a clean background, valid driver's license, clean driving record
