Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Gilbert, Arizona.

• Fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Arizona.
• Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
