Position Purpose
Design, develop, implement and manage new and existing special population programs and community-based initiatives to improve member and provider outcomes. Oversee and support the development of provider programs and services for special populations.
Key DetailsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT. Qualified candidates must reside in Arizona. Develop, implement, oversee and maintains special programs and initiatives to support the development of provider programs and services.
Establish baseline data and collect, analyze and report outcomes and progress on reaching goals; recommend program adjustments based on analysis. Acts as liaison between the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA), state and system partners to develop and expand programs to better serve shared members. Monitors programs and services to assigned member populations including intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), tribal, substance use disorder (SUD), Department of Economic Security, and Transition Age Youth, and other populations as assigned.
Lead cross-departmental and cross-system teams in the implementation of program development and performance improvement effort. Develop innovative solutions for treatment issues. Track access to care, treatment services and outcomes for assigned program populations. Promote the implementation of Evidence Based Practices to meet the unique needs of assigned member populations.
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, healthcare, or related field. Master’s degree in related field preferred. 6+ years of related behavioral health experience including 3 years of project management, new program development or implementation experience, preferably in a healthcare industry. Experience supervising a diverse staff performing multiple operations. Extensive program development or implementation experience.
Pay Range$87,700.00 - $ per year
