We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Agency Administrator to join our team at Home Matters Caregiving, East Valley. As a leading provider of in-home senior care services, we are committed to delivering high-quality care that supports seniors in maintaining their independence and overall well-being. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our agency, ensuring seamless coordination of care services, and fostering a positive work environment for our caregivers and clients.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the agency, including scheduling, client intake, and caregiver assignment
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
• Coordinate with caregivers to ensure timely and effective delivery of care services
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services, making adjustments as necessary
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including client data and caregiver performance
• Participate in caregiver training and orientation programs to ensure high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement agency policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• 3+ years of experience in home care or healthcare administration
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
