As a Companion Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide companionship and support to our elderly and veteran clients, promoting independence, dignity, and a sense of belonging. You will assist with daily living activities, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care, while also engaging in activities that bring joy and fulfillment to their lives.

• Provide one-on-one companionship and support to clients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care
• Engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical stimulation, such as conversation, reading, and exercise
• Monitor and report any changes in client behavior, condition, or emotional well-being
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a care setting preferred
• Ability to work part-time or full-time schedule, as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting clients and their families
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18 per hour
