The Clinical Compliance Director works under the direction of the Clinical Operations Director to provide clinical leadership, guidance and education of regulatory compliance of company clinical services in accordance with established policies and procedures and state and federal regulations. The Clinical Compliance Director works closely with VP of Clinical Operations and Directors of Nursing to ensure clinical compliance and interacts with the nursing department to improve resident care.

The Clinical Compliance Director makes recommendations for company-wide implementation and writes and enforces approved policies at the facility level.

• 4 year bachelor's degree or multiple years of related management experience
• Active, non-probationary Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 5 years of Director of Nursing experience with a history of superior DHS surveys
• Valid Background Check, Fingerprint Clearance Card and Employee Health Screening
