• Measures vital signs accurately to establish baseline health data for physician review.
• Performs phlebotomy and collects lab specimens safely and efficiently.
• Conducts electrocardiograms (ECGs) to support cardiac health assessments.
• Manages patient triage to prioritize care needs based on urgency and symptom severity.
• Administers injections safely according to clinical protocols and provider orders.
• Maintains electronic health records (EHR) with precise and timely patient documentation.
• Prepares patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
• Upholds infection control standards to maintain a safe and sanitized clinical space.

Education

• Completes an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Holds a current Medical Assistant certification.

Experience

• Brings at least one year of hands-on experience in an outpatient or clinical setting.
• Demonstrates practical skill in direct patient care and administrative tasks.

Knowledge/Skills
